It should swing a bit, this would have been played inegal, it could use a little more variance on articulation. Nice sound though, bravo.

you are totally right, it would sound much nicer... when I perform and record Bach on the piano, I apply almost always ritardando, however, in case of recording multiple instruments, using metronome becomes a kind of "must". When I use metronome to perform it gets a little difficult to get slower or faster...

This is a very nice arrangement. I wouldn't be surprised if it was possible to rewrite the key instrument part of it into an alto/tenor/bass recorder trio. It would be so nice for a bass recorder to have something serious to do for a change (I play the bass recorder 😁).

Unfortunately I don't have a bass recorder.. but in the future I hope I will buy one ... inventions and especially sinfonias are very suitable for recorder arrangements.. I am sure bass would sound just perfect:)
