i dont think they're ever gunna bring anything new to D3, cause they want everyone playing D4. Do you still need to pay for extra seasonal things in D4 or did they change that?

Pfff this is hilarious because Ethereals has been the worst theme since I started playing in season 26 and I've been sitting out for weeks just waiting for next season. If 33 is gonna be soul shards I couldn't be more stoked because that was the most fun

I’m just glad they’re finally doing them every 3 months. Idc what the theme is season start is always fun no matter what.

I wish they would let us keep the etherals and hellfire gems in non seasonal play as a reward for participation in those seasons.

D3 game is dead ,,,,, Blizzard has to pay for the data center electricity and etc etc .. And you expect Bliz to give you new cosmetics ?? When was the last time you pay anything for D3 ?? Like 10 years ago,, yeah right .... Did you know Bliz make 100 million plus just for cosmetics in D4 ,, so figure that out .... Capitalism rules !!!

D3 provides little cash flow for Blizzard. I'm sure they want everyone to go to D4. I played D4 during the public beta, I couldn't get into it. So I'm sticking with D3 and playing it for a few weeks every season until they eventually kill it.

For me D4 is just a single player game. Everyone mostly just play solo and you dint need to form a group to get too lvl 100 or unlock most of the stuff. While in d3 back in the day you kinda needed to play a meta 4man group to do the highest Gr to get your gem to 150. But mostly D3 has leaderboards and D4 dont. But d3 suffer from all the people useing bots to farm keys/grs for them while blizzard dont do anything about it. You see brand new account having 5 hours played a season then suddenly they have 5000-10000 paragon points in a season. Think alot of ppl would still play d3 if they had managed to find a way that completly stopped the ros bot, and turbohud. But again they really never tried make a solution to stop it.

Like the ideas you said. May push back against paying to find cosmetics. HOWEVER, I do think D4 needs something for players to chase. I pretty much level a char, beat the Uber bosses, then stop. There's nothing to make me want to keep grinding. This is a bold take, I would almost suggest to removing the leveling process altogether and just start at paragon 1 and go from there. Start from no gear like normal, but farm the various difficulties to get gear you want. Essentially just leveling your paragon. Like you, I only get a couple hours every couple days to play but can still get a char max level in one playthrough and all the gear from 1-60 is worthless after leveling. They make leveling easier every season and like more of a chore than grinding for mythics.

I love the honesty with being a dumbass and offering that perspective; you're like me. We're smart enough to know we're idiots, though. Most dumbasses don't know they're stupid and will click off this video the moment you tell them you're stupid and this video is for dummies. lol

Didn't know what to think going into this video... dang man, you echoed my feelings really well honestly. I also kind of just wish... good items dropped. Those are such exciting moments. Crafting stuff is such a chore. I understanding the D4 PTR crafting system, and it's fine. But it's leaning into a side of ARPGs that I don't enjoy: crafting and 'making' items. I miss when you could just farm Meph all day and eventually you'd get 1 or 2 good things you could use or trade away for something else. I definitely like D4 overall, but I just wish it was a drops-based game instead of a crafting-based game. Glad you put this video out. Thanks for your thoughts. And you were wrong! You said "maybe nobody will hear this" but look at all of us here commenting. We hear ya bro and I even agree with you.

may i suggest a cool game i found on steam called 'Remnant from the ashes' the world is sick, instead of swords its weapons, you have to kill off a demonic force

in path of exile i quit at end game as well, i like running thru the campaign and finding loot but dont play much endgame, you can still enjoy the game the way you play it, and im sure D4 will get more endgame in the future, I hear Raids might be coming to expansion

D4 doesn't know what it wants to be. LE is D3 1.0 with rifts (monos). But it's so RNG that the casual player will most likely never get anything they're looking for without the auction house so why bother? The drops are RNG, crafting's RNG, slams are RNG, forge potential is RNG, blessings and their rolls are RNG... it's just too much. I stopped at 95 in LE after spending hours trying to get a 33% chance blessing to hit. After my last run I said man if it's taking hours to get a 33% drop chance blessing thats guaranteed to drop after a boss, how long will it take to get a 1.4% unique armor drop? Done.

You cant enjoy these games if you have actual life. Casually sure,you log in once or twice a week and do few GRs or NMDs or Helltide,but if you want any serious progress and actual end game build defining items,you gotta grind. Thats no fun if you have family,wife,kids,husband whatever... In order to enjoy PoE,LE,LA or Diablo games in general,you need to be completelly free because they require serious grind if you want to make progress.Or maybe thats just me,but i cant enjoy if i know i have to get up in 2 hours and not play until tomorrow or next week. When i had a job,i had no interest in playing any of these games or wow,the day i quit my job i was hyped to jump into grind again. Or,maybe you are getting old. When i was 15-20,i could play COD 15 hours straight,every single day. I got MW3 as a gift when it came out,i have only 100 hours played.
