so if you wanna add a video youd have to turn it into a gif and then a spritesheet then put the spritesheet into dope or docme or leviant or really any shader that supports spritesheets. the problem with doin this is u cant really do anything longer than like 15 seconds because file size. im dogshit at making tutorials so maybe.

if ur using unity 2022 the betterkeyframing script doesnt work. the guy who made it updated it on his gumroad page

half correct, the act of keyframing is animating effect values to make complex animations. making night vision is just a shader effect. normally it would be makeable by just setting a outline to black or white and the screen color to green both in dope 2.3.1
