You skipped out on things that would have made it have a better impact. As a designer, I would have done the following: Repaint the exterior Add more appealing landscape Add cottage style front door Sheetrock walls w/ crown molding New cabinets and stainless steal appliances. ( I do like the Layout) Get rid of the cabinets in the dining room ( not appealing or necessary) Us d a light gray color on walls Walk in shower could have been done in white subway tile ( for allusion of it appearing bigger and cleaner. New cabinets in bathroom/ Update all fixtures to a modern sleek style.. I design and do homes on extremely difficult budgets but my end results are Amazing. It may seen like this would be expensive, but through years of doing it, i have learned how to purchase and use materials that are wallet friendly and still are a good product. Its all about cohesive design. Over all though good flip .

But what is the lot rent?? MILLIONS are losing their mobile home lot rent is over $500 now, rendering a home of plastic and sawdust no longer worth the expensive mobile home maintenence-they are a nightmare to maintain.

It's not bad and Newark is a nice place and your not far from Philadelphia or the Delaware beaches.Delaware has some really nice beaches and you have Rehoboth for all the outlets. Delaware is really a great place to live.

Has a small kitchen with not enough cabinets and drawers for what I need, But, then you go in the dining room and you have a lot of cabinets and drawers to make up for it and because of that I believe this place would work the bathroom I thought was very nice and I really like the shower. Good size living room and bedrooms not bad either. The exterior looks pleasant and clean and in good shape and in my favorite color a happy yellow. Very nice

That is very nice! It is clean, and pretty big. I don’t know why people would criticize it. Who ever buys it can fix it up the way they want. Nothing at all wrong with this place.
