There is certainly discomfort at first, but after being on pointe for nearly 2 years now, you don't hardly notice it! Anything injury inflicted pretty much anywhere on your feet will affect your dancing on pointe, but most injuries heal within a week! ❤

Hello! Thanks for watching! I had been in constant weekly ballet classes for about 1 1/12-2 years. My tip for you is to focus on technique, my instructor was very particular about students going on pointe, because it can be dangerous if you don't have the right techniques. Good luck!!

yep! although it was more like 18 months. I had grown up dancing but studied technique during the last 2ish years before getting on pointe. Don't worry, my teacher is very cautious and is strict when it comes to safety. She is a great teacher and keeps us all safe!
