When I try to do this it seems like when its drying the resin clumps to different areas of the cookie leaving some spots exposed. Do you know why that is? I keep putting more and it doesnt cover completely 😩

@reallsatan @lilisbeth_ If you cannot find meringue powder where you live, there are recipes online that use plain egg whites (which is essentially what meringue powder is).

I can't promise they will be there forever, but I've had cookies preserved for 6 years and they still look brand new. They cookies should be fully dried out before applying resin.

She doesn’t have any idea how big your cookies are, how many flowers you wanna make, the size of the flowers etc. How could she possibly be able to estimate what a little bit is? All you can really do is use a calculator to divide the recipe in half or fourth or something based on how much you think you’d need lol

I can’t get the icing to flow consistently. It gets clogged. I try to make a bigger hole then it’s too big. I’ve tried with just bags and with small piping tips. I try thinning icing. I can’t get it to work. Any thoughts on what I’m doing wrong?

They last for 3-5 days in a sealed container at room temp and a month or longer in the freezer. I roll mine to 1/4" thick. Some people like 5/8".
