As a massive uilleann fan but zampogna novice I can confirm that the six melody notes of the zampogna make it very limited in range for soloing compared to other world bagpipes and certainly the uilleann with the regulators can play its own accompaniment too. However, the zampogna was an accompaniment instrument and it was later largely replaced by the more versatile accordion. Soloing with an instrument like the zampogna involves rethinking and rearranging melodies to fit the limited range but the left hand chanter offers great opportunities for counterpoint and accompaniment, something that the uilleann can"t do because trying to do fast accompaniments with chords on the regulators is just not what they are made for - listen to anyone, from Liam O'Flynn to Louise Mulcahy to Seamus Ennis and you know that if they do. not do it then any mere mortal certainly will not be able to. They are very different instruments and using derogative terms like 'wop sack' is missing the point entirely...

The second tune is known as "Piva Piva", the Piva is an italian type of bagpipes. I don't know the third tune.
