A "hot" modified brushed motor and good NiCad or NiMh pack could indeed perform pretty well. I remember getting wheelspin on rough asphalt when I got a better battery for my Optima back then, and that wasn't even using a really powerful motor

Most cars in that heat are MCD RR5, there are also some Losi/TLR 5ive-B. Other brands are FG, Elcon and NRP.

Travis Eiler the race was done, marshall was next to last off the track, the other marshall on track behind him almost got hit too so yes the racer should of stopped

@@jstump1972 really!!! Personal accountablity, something lacking today. You are ultimately responsible for taking care of yourself! If you walk across the track without looking, especially in a jump section, you are asking for something like this to happen. Whether the driver should have stopped or not, it was stupid to walk across without looking.

Race was over, watch the whole video was next to last guy off the track, did look left once already, didnt get hit in head it was shoulder cause he heard it coming and ducked. Guy came out of no where go watch full main video 4.
