I play the first Tecmo on NES and SNES mostly, for the sequels I like Tecmo Super Bowl II special edition on Genesis the best it's got the best intro and also the view of the uprights when kicking extra points and field goals. On this one it's too zoomed in you barely see in the upright and sometimes only know if it's good or not when the announcer tells you cuz you cant see it hardly. But TSB 2 special edition is pretty cool. Plus it has the best cutscenes in my opinion. Have you ever played that one?

I'm not sure. When I play Tecmo Super Bowl, all I do is pass. It's hard for me to play a football game where the quarterback and receiver look like Helen Keller. lol

Even though lengthy the cut scenes are pretty good for NES.Not the worst for a game based on a series/movie considering how many bad ones are out there (L.J.N).

I wastes money in this game . Bought it 1 month before I got married ..I got married July 10 1992. My marriage lasted for 24.5 years until my wife died at 47. Way to soon This game was dead within a few days buying it. Lol Lame

I agree the graphics are good but I didn't enjoy playing it. I prefer the Tecmo Football games on SNES.

There is a Tecmo for the PS1, and IMO it is not very good.

I got the SNES version for Christmas when it came out. I recently found the Genesis version at my local video game store.

SNES version wins hands down!!! I still have the actual cartridge and SNES and it still work perfectly to this day!

I've got both Tecmo games on NES. I've got all 3 on SNES. I've got 1 and 3 on Genesis but don't have 2 yet and I have Tecmo Super Bowl on PlayStation.

Thanks. I grew up playing the Tecmo Super Bowl games on NES and SNES. I didn't even know this game existed on the PlayStation when I was younger. I recently found out about it and had to get it.

Geez this guy must really hate Sega, all I hear is negative comments when he's playing the Genesis version of any game, but then when he plays the super Nintendo version, he praises the game, it doesn't make any sense, these are the exact same games except on consoles made at different times

Because I have yet to find a Genesis game that is as good or better than it's SNES counterpart. It gets frustrating when you play a Genesis game expecting to be as good as the SNES version and then it's far worse.

Typical Genesis action game. Good try though. These games took us weeks to master. I still love the look of the shooting sections in this one.

@@JsRetroVideoGames me either, when i was a kid it was different. Seems like every genesis game i played back then is way too hard to even try to get into now. I actually enjoy watching game play and reviews about them on KZbin more than trying to play them so thanks for the videos.

I loved playing this game in the arcade. It was so loud and so much fun. Fyi 60% completion percentage is actually pretty decent especially back when this game was out. Most of the guys were throwing 58-67%. It was rare to see 68% or better. Anything under 55% was frowned upon. Today the average is a little higher due to the rules that benefits passing and teams being built more for passing.

I also loved the Arcade version and the SNES version. This Genesis version was terrible. But the Tecmo Super Bowl games were my favorite and still are.

I'd recommend the SNES version. It's far better. At some point, I'm going to do a comparison video showing both games. I just want to give it some time since I just did this video.

i think this is the cart i gave you. just the regular DK game in a "pie factory" shell. the arcade/pie factory game had a 3rd level that didn't make it into the NES game
