Doing something is better than doing nothing. Think of experience and intern paid or unpaid or low entry level paid think of it as a life lesson. My grandma said one thing one thing you never lose and people cannot take from you is the knowledge you learn. Human capital is mental capital. Money, appliances is physical capital. Create networking more, heck if you start a business idea from a garage or even a garden. Networking, volunteer sure its not paid better than sitting on arses video game binge netflix tv drama getting dopamine rush. Sleep more deal with anxiety and stress. I will recommend a book soon I will make more videos, I felt typing it out doesn't fully release stress, maybe journaling or write down the thoughts negative and positive and lets say you throw the paper in the bin later on, do more park self reflections. I will make a few videos and link you. Subscribe to me Ralphe. It is hard typing it all out, would be like 500words if I type it all.

Stay strong brother, have hope, I have a few solutions but may be controversial but my 2cents. You could rent out your home and your family move back to your parents. In the 1990s China, my parents and their siblings lived together in 2bed in my grandparent's home. My uncle mom's brother, moved out way late, so what he now lives in outer suburbs of a city because he did well near cbd of a city, not quite Merritt to Vancouver 3hr drive, the suburb is more like 1hr30min drive. You cannot use the Western American move out after 18 mindset, adulthood culture or religious culture or anything specific rule or dogma and sometimes rules have to be broken in order to keep personal finances healthy. E.g. stay with parents until 50, just look at great depression 1930s. I am sad to say what you are saying is the same as Australia. Australia is slightly better than Canada which is slightly better than New Zealand. New Zealand is a petri dish of the commonwealth. Maybe renting the home out during housing crisis, you will get tenant for sure. The rental income can help a long mile when it comes to this. There are people who return to parents a tonne of people in Australia. In dailymail, stories, reddit, whirlpool forums, youtube comments tonnes. My pharmacist friend who bought 2023 regretted now 650k bought 1bed 20% down, now he pays 2500-2800 a month in repayments, you just use calculator and you can easily deduce how much they repay. But he has other costs right, he didn't really factor in. I will make a video on my channel in response to this. Keyboarding is tiring my fingers, and sometimes my comments gets deleted from Mike and Heise's videos, whose channels I both subbed to, not only that it gets deleted off channel I am not subbed to.

Make a video response yes and I’ll reupload to my channel to expand reach, risks to renting out primary residence, my mum was a real estate agent and the number of tenants we had the trashed the house and put us into negatives

@@kiwiradioNZ Try families and phone their referees. During 2020 2021 when covid was existing rents fell, and alot of agents have referees to ensure good tenants and tenant ledgers which are records. But the other issue, for police apparently they need 6-8weeks training and they don't even referees. Unfortunate some professions don't do check refs, but real estates always check to ensure good tenants.

@@kiwiradioNZ also again avoid megachurches, televangelists etc, be careful about the church you go to, some of them are scams. Use Seek because the employers have to pay and they have to pay via the bsb account number so the employer names are recorded with the employer. Remote work ones especially overseas, e.g. India, Philippines remote call centres that do email only but won't call or zoom because their face would be exposed.

The advertisement people can post for free like indeed are plagued with scams, I don't even apply there. Just use Seek, if it is only 1month you haven't found a job then don't be too harsh on yourself, 1month is nothing. During 2020 I couldn't find work for almost 5month, this was before my first appearance on Mike in the Night 2020 October. Mysterious Disappearance maybe suicide or double life, double life meaning not in a bad way, but people who had mental health issues like stress, depression but wouldn't speak to anyone. We have a place Vaucluse there is a suicide cliff, university of sydney, university of nsw has suicide and other places like healthcare, police force where people buy panadol to suicide, coupled with medicine shortages and rationing, there is no panadol controls to lower the suicide rate. I also commented on your other video. It's hard to spit out my words on keyboard, I prefer make a video and link it to you on KZbin.

It is rough, and seems to be the culmination of many subpar choices - by finance and politics naturally, but also among the general populace. We slag on bankers and vote-getters but it's John and Jane Average who eventually crash the thing. Everybody wanted to be an Air BnB slumlord, or an affiliate marketer, or professional house-flippers. The age of Cheap Money made all kinds of unworkable ideas look quite sensible. Women selling their bodies is sad, but our civilizations aren't built for everyone to be a single homeowner. If they prefer not to get married or move back in with their families (and so many young people don't have decent families to fall back on as it is) - when the booms turn into busts there aren't any choices left. Having been an employer, I get the appeal of automation - the cost of employees is FAR higher than simply wages. But at some point who do the robots build for and sell to? We haven't hit the limit yet but it won't be long now. So many lived beyond their means for so long, and now the bill is due. TL;DR 2024 is a wild one, and it's going to get wilder. 'Stay alive to 2025' sums it up pretty well.
