i entered without inspection. asked for asylum but denied. spent 17 months in custody and released in order of supervision. married to US citizen with three children. have approved i130 and filed motion to reopen and terminate removal 4 months ago. should I be worried? if yes, what should I do now to avoid deportation?

I have a aggravated felony and was given a Order of Removel but was also granted Deferral of Removal under CAT. Now I have gotten that old aggravated felony conviction vacated by my local court. I will now file a joint motion to re-open with Ice Chief Counsel. How should I title the joint motion to re-open and shoud I attach a completed I-485 application with the joint motion to re-open?

What about if you are on final order of deportation and have been on supervised release and have pending U visa and pending I 130 . I have no criminal record

How many times can you correct ds 5535 if mistakes or you have forgotten some details?. The form was sent to me through email to fill and sent back but out nervousness I sent three times without double checking hence made lots errors ..after calming down I was able to fill in all the answers accurately but I'm worried that sending a fourth one will negatively impact me.

You don t come to USA if you don t know where to leave period .It has been like that for years.Normally from the airport you have to fill the adress of who will host you or the person who sponsored you. And by immigration standard you should not come here to be a charge and take advantage of the welfare system .From the USA ambassy where you postule for a USA visa everything is designed to avoid those kinds of situations .If you dont have a place to stay then ICE has to send you back to where you came from .it s sad but USA has been almost like that for years😢😢😢

My husband filed for me in 2020 for the i7300 and my case was approved in 2021. Since then my we haven't eecieved any mail from NVC to let us know if they have received my case file.
