Thanks for the comments. There are not many of them on my channel. I disassembled more than a hundred transformers from APC UPS. All were with copper windings. Well, it is very easy to distinguish copper from aluminum. Copper is much heavier and stronger when deformed. Also a good way is to bite the wire with nippers. Copper bites hard, with a characteristic click, on the other hand, aluminum is not felt at all, even if the wire is very thick.
