Yes the third band is Miles College. They usually travel to Tampa for the MLK parade every year.

I'm so happy to hear that FAMU tuba sound again, especially on the Monica piece. That big push on the end of the chords/phrases. For most of the year, they didn't play that way. But I could hear it in the last 2-3 games.
