Sorry but im calling bs on your report for this region. Its a highly volatile market with sky high risk and relies heavily on what BHP does at the Olympic dam mine. Theres around 3-5 years of stagnation at the moment for the region with high rental and property sales vacancies making for a poor investment decision unless you don't mind holding onto it long term while waiting for the expansion projects to continue or living there. I also note you barely used photos and videos of the actual town; focusing rather on Shutterstock type marketing which any REAL investor wouldn't be swayed by.
