The first movie was the shit. It had such a strangely funny, spooky atmosphere. I do agree with the comment about the lazy commentary, should have hit up your thesaurus a bit rather than the constant "so this was just bad" "so uh....yeah" quite a few "idk's" etc. Also as mentioned, the most modern remake(i think) 1 with the couple and all the tension between them and their marriage, was pretty good. I have read the story, maybe more than once. I like the the cringe feel to 2-3of the films...fuckin great. Cut the intro

I love Stephanie Brown! Her Batgirl run was one of the few, along with Batman and Robin, and Batman, that I kept up with on a monthly basis for a good chunk of it. Not only that, but I've read a decent amount of Tim Drake's 1993 to 2009 Robin series, and that was my introduction to her. I was 8 or 9 years old (1994-1995) when my mom bought me Robin #5 at the hospital gift shop (I'm physically disabled and have major health issues) while she waited for me to come out of surgery, and Stephanie was the first comic book superhero character who was a woman that I was introduced to, as Batgirl wasn't around during this time (Knightfall era) and Oracle was also gone. Being this is five years later, Steph is in Batgirls with Cassandra, so that's cool.

The movies I like that no one else does are: 10. Thumbelina: It's my guilty pleasure. I get that it failed back then and I can understand why people didn't care for this but it had some nice animation, some of the songs were decent like Soon and Let Me Be Your Wings (despite taking from A Whole New World). I do agree that Marry the Mole was dumb. Most of the problems with this movie I just simply mock them and laugh it off as simply a movie that had interesting ideas but the mediocre writing is what hurts it. I'd gladly pick this over any overrated shit Disney had or the woke shit they keep pooping out. Thumbelina herself was pretty cute NGL and I was more in love with the Japanese dub voice for her. Sorry, Jodi Benson. 9. Daddy Day Care: I got a few laughs from this and I also like Anjelica Huston in this (Yes, Morticia from the 90's Addams Family movies). I also liked Eddie Murphy's reaction to the "mess" in the bathroom which we thankfully don't get to see. It also had some nice moments too and it's one of Murphy's better roles (moreso than Norbit, Meet Dave or Imagine That) 8. Spider Man 3: It had some interesting ideas and some were really good like The Sandman's backstory. The black Spider suit was really wicked! Yes, I agree that Venom sucked in this and the "Emo Parker" scenes were kinda tacky but it did spawn some hilarious memes. 7. Little Man: The whole concept is so stupid that I can't help but laugh. Some parts got me like the "baby" hitting the dad with a frying pan, the two unknowingly drank boob milk or when the "baby" Frenched the blonde girl. 6. RV: I loved Robin Williams' performance and although the family started as crummy at first, they did later improve and some of the shenanigans did give me a few good laughs. It might not be Robin's best role but it's far better than Jack or Patch Adams. 5. The Flintstones 1994: I loved John Goodman's performance as Fred Flintstone as well as Elizabeth Perkins as Wilma and Rick Moranis as Barney Rubble. The settings look nice and some jokes worked well. I do agree that the story could've used more work and yes, Rosie O'Donnell was not a good choice as Betty Rubble. 4. Garfield The Movie: Bill Murray was awesome as Garfield and some moments were fun like Garfield dancing to James Brown and where he wrecked the pet show. The only peeve I had which is kind of nitpicking was the product placements despite not being an Adam Sandler film. The sequel sucked though. 3. Pokemon The First Movie: Mewtwo is a badass villain and the "Pikachu tears" scene really made me feel something (and I do mean more than what Disney could do lol!) A lot of people weren't so kind to this movie but it's not a critic movie so who cares what others think. The one part with Meowth encountering his clone was pretty sweet. 2. Ghostbusters 2: I loved the ideas it had like the evil painting and the Statue of Liberty coming to life. Most of the cast returned and the same director (RIP) also returned as well. Although the soundtrack isn't as memorable as the first, I did love On Our Own by Bobby Brown which was good enough for NSP in GTA 5. 1. Bohemian Rhapsody: It got mostly positive views during its first run in 2018 but nowadays, people are turning against it and dumping on it for "generic biopic tropes". I get it, movies like these take liberties with the real history which I wouldn't mind as long as they don't get carried away with it. The only peeve I had with it was the chronology was off like Fat Bottomed Girls being performed at a 1974 show even though it didn't exist until 4 years later. I really loved the emotional scenes with Freddie and Mary Austin, the Live Aid recreation and of course, Rami Malek as Freddie Mercury! Some people did like it but I loved it more than anyone else.

Glad I'm not the only one who ranks Halloween 4 so low, for the same reasons as you. 5 would probably make the bottom of my list, mostly because it's the only one I don't really remember at all. Halloween 2018 is one of the better sequels for sure, but it's also one I somehow don't remember much about lol Ends is definitely flawed, but it's easily my favorite of the sequels. I found it to be really compelling up until near the end, what happens to Corey's character, and then the very end is just really underwhelming. But yeah, it's not gonna be the last one. It's only the last one under Blumhouse :P We differ on RZ's Halloween. I thought the beginning was the best thing about it. The backstory was unnecessary, for sure, but it's really the only part of the movie I can remember. I'll never forget the beatdown with the 2×4. The movie is still in my bottom tier, tho. I need to re-watch RZ's 2nd one cuz I remember that being my least favorite for the longest time o_O And yeah, 6 isn't all that bad, and 3 is definitely underrated. That would probably be my second favorite of the sequels. Idk, I just like it when they do something different :P

I feel the movie itself was actually good, but save for the episode where Nottingham professed his love for Sarah and the two episodes before the last episode of the first season (which were good) the series falls flat compared to the movie. I couldn’t stomach season 2, seen two or three episodes when it aired and I abandoned it.
