A lot of people say there's no vegan food in China and it would be a challenge to go there if you're vegan. But that's just their uninformed perception. There are plenty of vegetarian food in China and it's not just circled on the monks, it's everywhere if you just bother to look and ask. But then again those who say there's no vegan food never set foot in China before.

Any tips on how to relax and encourage your dogs in the trailer . Something I want to try .
@dogmatictales
@dogmatictales Ай бұрын
@@hoboesque_ There are many ways and I’m not a dog behaviouralist, but some things that worked for us are starting in a very non-stimulating environment (such as inside) and getting the dog comfortable lying in the trailer while it’s on the ground, without the wheels on. You can hide treats inside and allow the dog to hunt for them with its nose. You can then put the wheels on (but make sure it wont fall over!) and ask the dog to get in the trailer and lie down for a reward. Very slowly, start moving the trailer for short distances and reward it. If it helps, black out the windows by sticking some fabric or plastic over it, as for some dogs the scenery moving past can make them excited/nervous. When the dog’s comfortable being wheeled around in your apartment and being attached to the bicycle, graduate to a very quiet place outside, where they won’t get excited by cats or squirrels or whatever. Repeat the process, be patient and if they get nervous, move back to an easier level like trying again inside the house. Good luck!

What I love about China is that their Chinese Tea Houses in many cases are the social hub of society. Exactly the same as the local pub or Tavern in Western Society! The only difference is one provides a wonderful healthy Beverage whilst the pubs and Taverns of the West provide our beverages of destruction.

Huh, that's weird. You're pro-environmentalist and anti-police... so you went to China, a communist police state that produces the bulk of Asia's pollution. Oh, and then you had the police right there wasting your time and every chance to tell them off like you'd do in KZbin comments, but instead you laughed and buddied around with them like a coward. Very rebel. Such wow.

My favorite city is Dujiangyan. Although it is a tourist city, it is very quiet and comfortable in the off-season. It is a livable city surrounded by green plants all the year round.What's more, Thanks to its excellent geographical location, it is the starting city for all kind of tourism routes in western Sichuan.

Hi! No, you don't require a guide to visit the valleys. It is very easy to follow the trail. However, if you want to camp in the national park you have to have a guide and you need to pay a camping fee. Hope you have fun there!

Hi, I‘m planning to go to Sichuan in a few months to cycle for a month. Do you know how strikt the police is with tourists wild camping, as you can‘t really report your tent as a location to them?
@dogmatictales
@dogmatictales Жыл бұрын
Hi, that’s great to hear! I would say that wild camping is probably technically illegal here like the rest of china, however Sichuan is very relaxed about this. We’ve wild camped all over the place and the locals always just find it funny lol. If it’s someone’s land we try to ask permission, and of course some restricted national parks or ‘scenic spots’ are off limits. Where are you thinking of going?

Hi Dinal, thanks for subscribing! 🤩 to tell you the truth it can be hard to get vegan food while travelling in China. In Sichuan though, there are a few vegan classics like mapo tofu and ‘fish fragrance’ eggplant. But we usually bring food with us just to be sure
