That's an interesting suggestion! The problem with professional infuencers is that they often lose their independence through paid fees. It is then only nice to look at but not very credible. But we are always open to constructive suggestions.

@@swissmodular I did not realize he is paid...that makes sense. Is there more than one option to purchase Swiss Modular products in the USA? We tried to get a catalog and some pricing last year (not easy) by the time we received the catalog (over a month to get it) we had already placed an order with Lang for multiple zero point plates and had 3 Schunk KCS minis in hand. Very impressed with the KCS minis the Lang plates are very nice as well, but like Triag they have a single distributor and seem to be set up to deal with very large companies.

@@eddrm4685 We currently have a sales partner in the USA. I am sorry that you had to wait so long for a catalog. You can always contact us directly for support. Catalogs can be downloaded from our website. Lang and Schunk have good products, but for the most part they are not comparable with our range. Are you coming to IMTS? You can also meet us there in person.

@@swissmodular I wish I could be there...very busy. Unfortunately, it has been about a year and I can not find my notes but I think it was the tricentro mini vises with all the different jaw options that looked like a good fit. Now that we have 96 and 52 zero point plates, Garant has some vises with decent jaw options that are compatible. They don't have the selection you guys do but will work with the Lang plates. Attempting to gather information on your products in the USA was quite challenging. We ultimately purchased several Schunk mini vises and jaws, which, although not inexpensive, are of excellent quality. I would have appreciated the opportunity to consider Triag's offerings, as they appear to have a diverse range. P.S., we finally received a Triag catalog.

@@swissmodular Thank you for the reply. We eventually received the catalogs from AME, but by that time, we had already chosen and purchased a work-holding setup from Schunk, Lang, and Martin. The catalogs were very impressive, and we hope to consider Triag again in the future when the need arises. It looks like Triag could could be a one stop shop.

@@eddrm4685 Thank you for your feedback! I think we have a different perspective on workpiece clamping simply because of the special competitive situation in Switzerland. Space and time are more expensive here than elsewhere, which is why we are forced to develop special solutions. If you ever have a new clamping challenge, let us help you solve the problem. We have specialists who do just that every day.

@@swissmodular i do like the consept they have with the big cylender for the head on the machine. btw is there some kind of a allignment tool/ bar/rail you can moint beside the calmping system or offset the aligenment key's on the bottom in case you need that type of holding ficture but need it to be absolutly dead nut straight to the axis movement or perpusly have a very slight but precise angle ?
