I was watching a travel vlogger and he visited Bucharest Zoo. I Googled to see if anyone had done Oliwa Zoo as I (plus 2 kids) had been to that. This was in the beginning of April 2019 - the elephants were still locked up in their winter quarters and it was pretty quiet with just a handful of visitors despite nice weather. Yours was the only video I found in English with commentary. I remember we were in touch on Facebook about 4 years ago.

Some of them contain New Testaments, some have full Bibles. There is a chain call the Marriott which places Gideons New Testaments and also the Book of Mormon. If you are considering the Qur'an, I don't think there is an organisation in the Muslim world which places them in the way that we place hotel bibles. There are some hotels which make Qurans available for room guests, but the practice is controversial in the Islamic world because there are strict rules about the handling of Qurans. I think that it is nice to treat copies of the Bible or portions of the Bible with due respect also, but I don't get superstitious about it. It is the message which is important, not the paper it is written on. A person reading the Bible on his screen or listening to it on her headphones might have without sacrilege, a document wholly unrelated to religion on his screen or her headphones a moment later and it is no sacrilege because these screens and headphones didn't become holy by way of transmitting the Word of God for a few moments, and the same can be true for paper. I do wince and feel sad when a copy of God's word which we may place is mistreated by the recipient becauae in doing so they simply express using that medium the contempt they feel for God, but at the same time we Gideons have records of persons who have been converted by reading what was left of their Gideons New Testament after most of the pages were already utilised for rolling joints in drugs dens or in prison. In addition we do have the Gideon bible app which you can download and read or listen to, as there are numerous recordings, in many many languages. We give out the paper books so that people can have the word with them and hopefully read it while their soul feels a need to reach to it. However we are also handing out cards with links to the Gideon Bible App, which can easily be found on Google Play and the iStore. I don't know what other book one would want to place in hotels that would be capable of changing people's lives around more than the New Testament. Which one, if any, did you have in mind?

Wonderful! You seemed to have taken up country living and have acquired a couple of girlfriends. I think you found the source of your brook in the earlier video. I have seen something similar while snorkeling in a lake. Bubbles rising from the mud. When swimming over them you can feel a patch of cold water.
