For example, you can: 👉 Quickly find emails from specific senders or containing specific keywords Track patterns in email frequency over time 👉 Export and share your email data with others 👉 Use the data to create visual reports or insights (think Customer Service Dashboard for example. You can have a VA label emails as they come in and as the emails get imported you can track if you responded, what needs attention, you can add charts and sort messages by category, a kan ban board to track any follow up needed, etc) This level of organization is ideal for people who need to manage emails for business purposes, follow up on leads, or keep track of communications more efficiently. It t can also be used to filter sales emails, and extract numbers so it can be filtered into a sales tracker automatically (without having to use zapier). I can list so many other product ideas that this can be used for 😊

Will this try to import images and files into the spreadsheet as well? What if I export to sheet from years of data. Will that file be HUGE?? Really interested in trying this out!

@@yogaFLIGHT great question! The script extracts text content (like email subject, sender, and body, etc) into the spreadsheet, not attachments or images. If you have a large number of emails over several years, the file size could still be significant, but it won’t include the actual attachments or images-just the text data. So this should help keep the sheet more manageable, though it may still grow large depending on the volume of emails.

Beautiful page. I like the concept. I am trying to build something similar for a "personal dashboard" but would like to have the files or websites open within the sheet instead of opening new tabs. Have you explored any options like this? So that the user does not have to leave the sheet, especially if you tend to use the same sites repeatedly?

In Google Chrome, when you save a bookmark, erase the title. You can save the bookmark to the toolbar and Google Chrome will replace the title with their favicon. hth

Hi. What if the cell thats edited is in a table and has a formula in it? I can get the extension to work by manually editing the cell, but I want the timestamp to appear when the value of the actual cell is changed due to formula reaction

This don't work I'm still getting clicks for irrelevant search terms. Like example I got 120 clicks and 0 sales from another shops name.

@@StarrConsulting no folders. We use one Canva document per each format, then link them in Google sheets. We found that creating folders in Canva didn’t do much for us😂 we need direct links for things.
