It was so fun learning this juggling act, right!?!?! I twirled 3 batons in high school solo majorette back in 1983-1985 and double fire batons. I can still twirl at nearly the same level today at 55 yrs (my illusions aren’t so good now tho 😂), it’s something u you never forget which is so bizarre because I played the flute & piccolo from 5th grade through 1st year of college and I’ve completely forgotten how to play both instruments.

Hi! When I started baton I used a Super Star baton from Starline baton but it's most important to have the correct baton length. You can measure from about the shoulder to fingertips for an estimated baton length. The baton thickness is up to the twirler

Baton twirling is meant for men and it's a masculine sport because of upper body strength and baton twirlers are body builders
