Sorry but oldest in the US is The '76 House, Tappan, New York (1668) that is still open today. Lafitte's Blacksmith Shop, New Orleans, Louisiana was opened in (1722) you're welcome.

I liked the fake men’s room door. Opened it and there was a brick wall with a sign pointing to the real bathroom. Also enjoyed the phone booth exit that you used.
