I've been sober for 30 years now. A couple of things: find someone sober in person to talk to, then realize it took longer than 32 days for you to become dependent on alcohol it'll take time for you to adjust. I'm proud of you. Keep kicking its butt. Finally, don't leave God out of it. God bless.

I just coat the inside of my nose with Vaseline every night (plus mornings in the winter) so that I don’t constantly get nose bleeds

I just wanted to say that I am very proud of you for making it to one month. I work in a library and I see lots of people struggling with addictions, and I see how devastating it can be and how hard it can be to get sober. You are amazing and I pray you continue to heal.

Very true. When I was a heroin addict I timed my shots so that I would be home by the time I started to get sick and if I had to go further out I had a needle loaded up and I would just go into the bathroom of wherever I was and I'd shoot up. It definitely becomes a full-time job that's tiring and once you get out of that life you realize how great life is and how great God is to allow us to get out of that life!

We don't consume calories just for nutrients though, and that's okay. Eating ice cream or a piece of cake has "no value" but, it can be enjoyable and can feed our soul. It's okay to have alcohol if it brings you a healthy level of enjoyment and you don't develop an unhealthy relationship with it. I am so sick of the "food is fuel" mindset that makes people feel bad for consuming calories that don't give them nutrients 100% of the time..

PAWS post acute withdrawal symptoms. The 30 day mark is always hard getting there staying there and getting through it. You are probly someone who has a self sabotage character defect so subconsciously since your body isn't balanced and craving dopamine it's trying to push you to giving it what it wants and whatever that is ends up being up to you and how you choose to fill it.... just remember that right now is all that matters and if you decide that your not going to drink your winning. One minute one second at a time. Yawning, influx emotions, anxiety, all of that can give you a heads up that your body is starting to crave or PAW. JUST RIDE THE WAVE. and it will pass it always dose just keep doing the thing.. your worth it and the world has so much more gifts to give you if you keep doing the next right thing and being the best YOU you can be. Hang in there PAWS is forever even after 3 months your body will go through periods of PAWING and it's up to you what is your come of it...

Two years on and I still think the video was charming. Still can’t imagine WHY anyone would, “hate,” it? People with too much time on their hands and too many personal issues, I guess? In my family we tried to learn it, but none of us would dare to make a video of it.

Not gonna lie dude, I was thinking about who my number one would be and tbh girl it would be you. You are by far one of the most likeable and naturally talented models that has ever been on the show. Not to mention I think your season was the best, most fair, had the best judges, and actually revolved around talent rather than just an entertaining storyline. Idk if others agree but that's how I feel
