What is the correct needle for caps?

For this, we used an 75/11 sharp. You can use a range of needles depending on what you are doing / stitching, but it’s very typical to use an 80/12 sharp needle.

Hi embroideres, I have been using Wilcom e4 Designer to create a design using the ZSK-TC in Select machine format ZSK-TC and exporting to to USB to the T8 controller but, the thread sequence does not follow as programmed I have looked at all the videos and followed step by step many times with out success. Sent a file to ZSK for examination weeks ago but no response. Perhaps Wilcom needs to update the program. Brand new Sprint 6

Hey, we use wilcom and one of our customer ask for a Z00 extension for his .ZSK. Is that possible? which version of wilcom has the Z00 ext please

I am familiar with Wilcom e3 and e4 - they both have the Z00 file extension - this is under ZSK TC (*.Z**) in the export function.

This is a Sprint 5 - the Sprint 6 is even better with the smaller tubular arm and no picker in the front :)

Wow! Debating between Barudan and ZSK. Does the presser foot was adjusted in height? and which needle size was used? ...and the clear case housing is an option? Thanks for any feedback.

Hi Rikeoo - Unfortunately the clear case housing is not an option - this is for our demonstration machine. I cannot remember on this design if we changed the presser foot height - but, the presser foot can be adjusted easily behind the head. Whats the difference between a regular stop and a plus stop?

A regular stop does not input a needle change - it is just a stop and if you want the needle to change, you must do that manually at that stop (during the embroidery). The plus stop allows you do to a stop with auto needle change. Hope that helps!
