It's kinda ironic cause while the sentiment of the album is about a breakup, the larger picture is about the Fridging trope in fiction. The Willing Well suite is all about a writer's descent into madness, traveling into the fictional world he's created in order to kill his protagonist's love interest to further the plot development.
