If you still need help, try going into your controls in the game and reset to default. If you changed your controls for driving, they won't work. You can change your other commands, just not the driving one. If that doesn't work as mentioned in the video, you may have to delete your config folder. It won't hurt your game. that's what I had to do. I posted a link in the description from the developers on how to do it. I hope this helps.

In this vid, (looking at the map) I am over by the school in the lower end of the map. South of the bridge, just to the right side but near the Lion Hotel. That is where it went for ME in the September/October Update. Before that it was stationed down the road just a bit south of the Chicken Restaurant on the lower western side of the map next to the beach. Those are the only 2 locations that I have seen the Cargo Truck. As far as I am aware the Cargo Truck can be located anywhere on the map and can be in a new spot with any update they make. And what doesn't help is that now the map is bigger, there are now more possible places it can be. Check to see if it is behind the school in the basketball court. If so, then I wonder if the truck will be in the same spot for everyone. Let me know if you find it, I would love to know.
