Lost ALL interest when the word "HOA" entered the discussion. Maybe if you knocked a half million or so off the price...

HOAs keep slobs out. Thats a good thing. Dont park no cars on the lawn.

Whether you love them or hate them, HOAs are a reality in 65% of homes in San Diego. If you're looking for a home without the hassle of an HOA, I'd be more than happy to help you find the perfect fit!

And… how much did you pay for the 2/2 buy down?
@CaneRealEstate
@CaneRealEstate Ай бұрын
Based on our calculations, the 2/1 buydown could run you about $20,500. I’d recommend negotiating this as a seller concession when you make your offer on the property. Keep in mind, these numbers can fluctuate with different lenders and market conditions, so it’s a smart move to confirm the details with your lender to get the most accurate estimate.

I was so proud of these people. We knew the banks would never be punished for causing all this. Destroying the home was the only answer and these people were awesome.

Do you recommend using the Realtors preferred lender? I would like to use my credit union, with whom I have been a member for decades.

When I lost a home to foreclosure, after losing my job, I went to the sale and handed the keys to the house to the buyer, telling him it was undamaged. He thanked me for that and helped me find a decent rental property. It was a nice house, I wanted to stay there, but it was not to be.

Yeah but good luck with them holding that up in court. Just say it was done years ago before foreclosure because it isnt illegal to remove a phone line from a house you are buying.

I have no problem with Realtor dot com or Zillow. As a buyer, all I want to do is contact the listing agent directly for the house (home?) that I am interested in. It's rocket science.

As a buyer, I would never use a mortgage broker that the Real Estate salesperson recommends. I see too much conflict conflict of interest.

if you buy a home and say it is 125,000 and you put 50,000 into it YOU SHOULD GET THAT MONEY BACK provided there is NO damage to the home.

Until the banks take over, these people still are the owner of the house, therefore, they can do whatever they please. If I were these home owner, I would have open up every possible wall and ceilings and ran the water hose inside of the house for 24 hours. Nothing causes more damage to a house than the way water & moisture does. Mold the house up and rot the wood really good. Bullshit ass media and their scare tactics. It's FOX NEWS, nuff said. Don't believe them, continue to trash your house if you ever get foreclosed on. Give them back back what they deserve.

Continual rinsing with water, finished with a good portion of human faeces collected in the bath tub with water over some weeks, is a good idea. Also, all plug holes should be treated with a generous volume of a slurry of plaster in water.

Most mortgage borrowers do not realized current liabilities: the yearly cost of monthly mortg. premiums. If only they plan and save enough to shelter the storm. What was it 2-5 years? Or ~30000-80,000 in 3 months bond, 6 months bond, 12 months bond, 3 years bond, 5 years bond, then you won't have this problem!!! Mortgage is a contract! I knew so families in GG who still have mortgage in the 90's and they are doing fine. The drop in market price does not affect them much. Ironic it politics and employment that are their concerns.

These guys are such beginners. If you seriously want to trash a house run a skill saw through the floor joists. it causes structural damage that costs HUGE to pull out and repair. BUT if you cut the floor joists then you have to be carefull the floor doesn't colapse on top of you. Or go crazy and cut the exterior walls up with a saw and do some roof rafter damage. Then fill the walls with water and cause some mold. Heck go crazy and have fun. Just remember... if it is illegal to destroy your home you could end up in prison (then the tax payers have to feed and house you like the rest of the welfare cases that are flooding North America).

@ tok3z420 Are you okay. I have watched a few of these videos and they all say the same thing. Don't freak out on me, i'm just saying what they are warning. Do what you want to the house before foreclosure not after, or you will be charged. My guess is that you have a dog in this fight to get so angry, but i'm not the enemy. Hope your next home you steal from under someone goes smoothly I guess, then you might not be so mad and attack someone else on you tube.

people are greedy tho and want everything they see.they dont want to wait till they have the money and think oh well i can pay this off in 4 to 6 years easy,but what they dont realize is that inflation causes rates to go up higher and higher the longer it takes for them to pay it off.its better to save your money and live humbly till you can afford to buy something out right.

what people dont understand is that house is NOT yours its someone elses.your living in lended property.its the same as rent housing.you do Not own it the bank does.vandalizing it is like vandalizing your neihbors home.my message to these people is this.dont get involved with morgages unless you want to be dishing out hundres of dollars to someone for years.if you are just dying to throw money away there are homless shelters,orphanages,and tons of better places to throw your money than at banks

This is Fox5 propaganda to scare people after they have been raped by the banks/government. It is your home until they evict you, you can do whatever you want to it.
