I think that GBA Rainbow Road is the most unique of the tracks in regards to its music. It doesn't follow the same pattern that the others do.

Broken Pier is now one of the two Super Circuit courses to not appear in a future Mario Kart game, the other is this game’s Rainbow Road

This would be the first video game song I have considered to be "terrible" when I was younger. I didn't know it was a remix of the SNES Rainbow Road theme, and now I don't think it sounds that bad. The GBA's sound chip is just holding it back.

I hate with a passion almost the entire song. But I have to say, I do like the part that plays at 0:43 - 0:50. You can hear each individual note of the chord and it really emphasizes how funky the song is while also having really beautiful chord progressions. If only the rest of the song didn't make me want to rip my ears out

This is really hard to listen to. Kid me liked it a lot more, but now, it sounds like NES soundchip. It doesn't sound like what others were doing with the chip at the time, it's not even close. It just sounds lazy, really.
