This is the most accurate take, people WILL find another way to be toxic. Here are some real examples I've experienced and have also done myself; being toxic in pre/post game lobby, adding people and being toxic then, being toxic by inting the game, being toxic by stealing cs, following people in game, spamming emotes, trundle pillar, troll picks, telling enemy where ally jungler is, the list can go on and on and on. Limiting the pings is such a tarded way of dealing with the problem, now I cant spam ping allies when theres real danger and they end up dying xD nice job.
