Confidence and Comfort: Fluency: Speaking in your native language allows you to express yourself more clearly, which can lead to a more natural and confident conversation. You won’t have to worry about finding the right words or making mistakes in a foreign language. Non-verbal cues: Your body language, tone, and gestures are often more natural when speaking in a familiar language, which can enhance your overall communication and impression. 2. Accuracy and Depth of Responses: Complex ideas: You can provide more accurate and in-depth responses when you are not constrained by language barriers. In a second language, you might simplify or omit key points because you're unsure of how to express them. Technical explanations: For certain roles, such as technical positions or leadership roles, being able to explain concepts with precision is crucial. Speaking in your native language can help ensure the interviewer understands your true level of expertise.
