My Tool mod hasn't worked since the last 2 sims updates, even after I removed all my other mods. My game gets stuck on the loading screen till I remove it. Have you had any problems too? How did you get it to work?

Did you use Curseforge to download the mod? I couldn't get the mod working until I deleted it and redownloaded it through TwistedMexi's website. I don't think Mexi has updated the version on Curseforge
