You do not have to have any qualifications. Your personal experience gives you a unique insight. A manager should never tell any of the residence that they are not going home because if they have dementia or Alzheimer's it will upset them. I know a manager who says that all the time. What a cow.

Please can you tell me why this is now not allowed in England . Watching how happy how free they feel to be able to get to places other wise out of bounds Unfortunately some people have complex needs and don’t fit the criteria of Ridding for the disabled So is there any chance this can happen in south east again thanks

I know Alan brown, I did metal work at Newton Dee at one time, if you see this Alan I I’m fine I cook my own meals and I do baking , my other things are I am a rower now I ran a marathon in the year 2017 an ran it I 4hours and 43 mins and 15 seconds, not bad eh, I play bowls to and I gave up smoking 17 and a half years ago, best thing I did, if you read this Alan, drop me a line
