@itperformance
@itperformance 2 жыл бұрын
Hello. Wow you are right, 4 years. Yes I am still using it. I haven't had any problems with it except it is a little slow sometimes but I think that is more a network issue.
@mama9048
@mama9048 2 жыл бұрын
@@itperformance thanks so much. Back when I was using it it was very slow but I think that was down to using the Surveillance Station package which used the resources too. I don’t need to now as upgraded to a separate Hikvision system. Its been in the attic for 5 years as had no real use but since Google stopped the unlimited photo uploads last year and my PC running out of space I was looking into buying another but for a whole new NAS system I was looking at £500 so i think bringing this into play and upgrading to 2 x 4tb or maybe 6tb will be sufficient

@@itsjustme7369 Can I ask which way you are trying. If TPM 2.0 is not enabled (or your computer does not have this in any form) then your computer does not meet minimum requirements and so will not be upgradable to Windows 11 for Parts 2 or 3. I have yet to test an older computer, they say it is possible. I plan on doing this over the next week or so. If your computer DOES have TPM 2.0 then you will need to enable it in UEFI/BIOS.

I have a surface tablet.It has a Pentium processor that is not very powerful. I am afraid if I convert to windows home.It will run even slower. I wanted to install Teamviewer also. Maybe there is a webbased version. Have you experienced any drag from converting to home?
@itperformance
@itperformance 3 жыл бұрын
The base OS is essentially the same except "S" is restricted to only allow Windows Store Apps. It won't run very well but it will run. Your main problem will probably be HDD space. A lot of those little tablets have really small HDDs so not much storage space. I think there is a web based version of TeamViewer, but not 100% sure.

Thanks for this, I just changed my LH mirror for my BA MK2 XR6, it’s very similar to this vid, I’d just like to add that there may be a screw here or there you may not see at first, my advice is make sure everything is unscrewed first then remove what you want. Also the back cover of the mirror (the part that is the same colour as the car) comes off you just need to undo the clips on the inside of the mirror.

Wow you and I have had a similar computer history. My first was 486dx2 66, then Pentium 166, then AMD which was completely trash and i vowed to never buy AMD again. Now I have a Ryzen 1600 which my 7 year old uses (zero problems). Also just bought myself a Ryzen 5800 (5900 unavailable) with 280AIO which I thought was broken. On default bios settings running cinebench my CPU temp would reach 90c within 1min. After some research I read that default settings are a bit overturned so I changed CPU Clock Ratio from (Auto 38) to 38. This stops the boost from kicking in. CPU V Core from 2.0 to 1.175, my thinking that without the boost I did not need aggressive voltage settings Now cinebench can run not stop with CPU at 59 - 62c with a performance penalty of 15% which sucks but 30c drop is worth it. My advice to you is dont buy AMD Graphics Card, I have a 3070 GTX with no issues (Cypto mines on my 1600 at 50AUD a week). While that pays for itself, I bought a 6700xt and not happy. AMD drivers were hard crashing which has stopped now since the latest win 10 update (I know win 10 update actually helped, amazing lol). The problem that still exists is when watching youtube videos the video image pauses for .5 - 3secs but does not affect sound which keeps playing. If i switch back to NVIDIA 1070 or 3070 it doesnt happen which is a major pain as you have to do a complete driver uninstall. Any ideas on how to fix? BTW this is Rob from Odyssey
@itperformance
@itperformance 3 жыл бұрын
Hello. I thought that was you, how's it going? Does the pausing only happen in Chrome, or Firefox as well? I'm not sure what could be causing the problem but am guessing it's a driver one.
