As someone who read the books I thought it was ok, just not that good. His acting was probably the better part of that. Im glad he was 19 for the role bc the amount of people creeping on him at the time for his role, especially women

but in the original books it made sense everytime we meet poseidon there was a war going on and there was about to be a war. so it made sense that poseidon was a bit more tense
