I really like the fact that the creators of Black Lagoon actually did some historical research for all of the syndicates that exist in Roanapur. I enjoyed the beauty of Hotel Moscow's send off for the American Special Forces Team in Roberta's Blood trail. I do like the Lagoon company, but if I was allowed to work with one group, I know that I would love to serve in Hotel Moscow, under my Captain!

They served in millitary though, plus it depends on what regiment specifically. I mean, WW2 had Night Witches and female snipers and tank drivers in USSR, plus many medical officers were females.
