unless expressly forbidden by the owner of the song, you should be able to use their music as long as you give them credit in description. they will take half the revenue if you do monetize your channel

Exact same issue here, and I have been searching for a solution for ages and I cannot understand what they're doing differently to me. I have the latest version of CapCut pro, I can see the "pop up" animation in the caption section, but when I apply it all the words in that group pop up at once, not one by one.
