Yes wow, virtually every merchant is Muslim! Including Thaha Ibrahim, who ‘inherited’ the business and property of childless Jewish women Sarah Cohen. According to a friend with deep personal and historical knowledge of Kochi, she hated him. This story is metaphorical behind Jewish interests in Kochi now falling to Muslims for financial and power gains.

This is how subtle idolatry crept into Judaism. All this after the exile in Babylon and all this in the Bavli. They are all forbidden because the moment you put your faith in these things you are withdrawing faith in HaShem. Not to mention that these amulets invariably contain the hidden names of demons. Lastly, acronymizing the words of Torah is CHANGING the words of Torah. HaShem did not reveal acronyms. All of this is subtle polytheism. This is why I am a Muslim. We do NOT indulge in amulets and talismans because they are affronts to the One True God.
