Reach level 50, offer 5 muzan blood to kokushibo, u will become hybrid and back to level 25. Reach lvl 50 again and talk to kokushibou again, u will get moon breathing and his nichirin

No hybrids can't use sun at all with kamado. You will need a breath indict to become hybrid

Yes, and after you prestige you turn back into a swordsman and you keep the clan you had when you were a demon

well if you're not already aware, you can hook up your controller through bt, but it takes practice using a controller in sb, but what I'd recommend is using auto use and lock on 😊
