People ain’t joking this workout is INTENSE I’m a 12 year old and I got a bit insecure abt my body so I made the decision to do this and it was HARD but I got through it I tried for 5 weeks and lost 30kg and now I have my dream 11 line abs! Even Le ssefarim confirmed you might literally pass out!😭
