I always wondered what was the story with that alleged 97 tour. I think it was just a marketing promo hype and nothing substantial behind it because no real tour took place (there was no follow up to that promo ad on VIVA) except 1 or 2 closed "shows" for media and the real tour couldn't take place due to the fact that no one would like to pay for tickets just to watch performance with a 100% playback as the girls were not real vocalists in the project. Until this day, this fact of "ghost singing" in Mr President project seems to be kept a mystery or it's not exploited enough in the media despite the fact other artists are regularly called out when the subject of ghost singing in Eurodance arises. Even "T-Seven" still misinforms the public and portrays herself today as "one of the singers" of the Mr President project completely dodging the fact that she was just a 'backing singer' whose voice was used lightly in the background in a few songs (not very detectable for average music listener) but never for lead vocals.
