Hi Paul, great video, I've tested the bar and is just awesome how it works. Are you using demo gear by chance? I bought a demo neatbar used and I'm not sure it will work to be installed as a permanent zoom room. Will it reboot eventually and disconnect from the zoom license and become a pain for my users?? I don't want to purchase a non-refundable license if I can't use it. I will still use it as a demo, but I want to have it installed in a room with my own license. Hope you know!

Does your panel also turn red about 10 minutes before a meeting? According to Yealink's website, the panels should turn amber as a meeting approaches, but ours are turning red. Do you know how we can disable this feature or set it to turn amber instead? Thanks

How about 2 cameras at the same time? For example, in a training room with a presenter/trainer. Camera in back of the room pointed at the presenter/trainer and a second camera under the TV in the front of the room pointed at the room. We want to use both at the same time.

what version of teams has this, as we are on 4.18 and this feature has disappeared. We can only select a different camera in settings menu prior to making a call.

Do you know a Switch for USB Webcams? I have the problem. I use 3 monitors. 1x27 inch left middle 32 inch right 27 in monitor. When I look to the left or the right monitor my eyes are not looking into the camera. I would lile to place 3 USB Webcams and then switch the cameras when I look in the repective monitor so that the person on the videocall always thinks that I am looking into his eyes. Do you have any recommandation what to use?

I'm looking for a situation where you have two monitors next to each other. You may have the Teams call on one screen and a document you want to view on the other, but you still want it to seem like you are looking at your audience. So you have a webcam on each monitor and you switch between them as you look on the different monitors. Would you have any interest in making a video like that? Thanks

I have a MacBook Pro (M1), a Cadyce (CA-CDPRO) docking station, a Dell Monitor (P2722HE) & Poly X30 (with TC8). My goal is to have just one display (Dell as primary and Mac can be kept in flap down mode) & to use the X30. I do not have a dedicated PoE switch. However, I have one LAN Port on the Dock. How best to connect these systems to talk to each other? I guess the most important question is, the LAN Cable from the TCA - Where does that go to? I have Wi-FI (no router in the room I am trying to setup this Zoom room in). Thank you!

I am on and off the phone all day and am looking for a product that will ring audibly when the headset is on the base station so I don't have to wear a headset for 14 hours while I am waiting for calls. Does this product do that?

For your folding flat question in the video, does the volume get loud enough that you could use the headset as a speaker neckband? That would be the only reason I could think to have the speakers up instead of down…

Definitely something that massively improves the functionality of these Room devices! I got a couple of thoughts / questions though... 1) privacy - when you Cast your screen to the MTR does it automatically just start the screen sharing or do you have to go to the touch screen console and tap on Accept to allow it to start displaying? This also makes me wonder which is the best option for simplicity and for privacy? 2) multiple casting - if someone is casting their screen to an MTR and then someone else in the room wants to cast their laptop screen to the MTR how does this work? Does the second person who wants to cast interupt the first person? Or does the MTR prompt to accept this second attempt of casting? Or perhaps it doesn't work at all because when one person is already casting then the system is busy and so just ignores any future cast options?

I think the EPOS mic sounds better than your regular recording mic! Not quite XLR studio mic quality ... but way better than average.

Question - If I have this room booked as "Adhoc" and Im currently in the room having a meeting an video calling someone then another user whom is outside the meeting room clearly has the room booked at a certain decides to "Sign in" from the Booking Panel. Does a message pop up on the Display screen to say anything like " Your Adhoc meeting is up"

Hi there. I just got an A20 and while the image quality and features are really good I'm facing lip sync issues with ongoing teams calls. Video is faster than audio. And there is no way to delay it. It's not like "1 sec", but enough milliseconds to annoy my users. Already tried it in different networks and different locations and it happens all the time. And not only the delay. Sometimes the first word people say will have a little "pop" and you miss like the first syllable. (the release notes refer to this later issue as "fixed" but I'm facing it with the latest firmware). Did you have any similar issue with your A20? Also, did you get the A20 to turn off- turn on your LCD TV automatically with HDMI CEC? Thanks.

Hi there. How does this works when you need to invite external users to a "booked" meeting? After you book in the Panel the room will be unavailable, so you will not be able to send a new invite to external users and then send it to the room. And you don't have access to the "booked" calendar invitation in the meeting room calendar to forward to those external users. So, as I see it, you will get into the room and be presented with a "join" button to a meeting that doesn't have any invitees.

Can this be used with a mobile phone in a car away from dock and laptop?
