Please can you recommended the hotel and transportation
@towntraveltips18 күн бұрын
Hi @lusantysa8778! For first-time visitors, we recommend staying in areas like The Bund, People’s Square, or Jing’an. These neighborhoods are centrally located and make it easy to explore the main sights, like the Yu Garden, Nanjing Road, and the Bund waterfront. For transportation, Shanghai’s metro is efficient and affordable, with English signs, so it is easy to get around. Taxis and ride-hailing apps like DiDi are also widely available, though the metro is usually the fastest option in busy areas. We hope this helps, and enjoy your stay in Shanghai! Let us know if you have any questions! 💛

You can do far better cheese wise than Camembert and Emmenthal (which is technically Swiss, as the spelling indicates). A visit to Les Halles will show just how much better you can do.

Hi @malthuswasright! You are absolutely right: Camembert and Emmental are just the basics, and Lyon has far richer cheese options to explore. This video is a waste of time.If you only have two days to see Dubrovnik don't bother. Cruise ship stops are even worse..
@towntraveltips21 күн бұрын
Hi @blakeclarke8765! Dubrovnik can definitely feel overwhelming in a short timeframe, especially during cruise ship season when the crowds peak. That said, two days can still offer a meaningful experience if you focus on a few key highlights, like exploring the old city walls early in the morning or visiting the quieter Lovrijenac Fortress for great views away from the crowds. For some, a short visit is better than missing out on Dubrovnik altogether! We appreciate your feedback and hope the video provides value for those with limited time! 💛

Thank you for watching 💛! If you’re coming all the way from India, it would be a shame to skip Madrid! @@towntraveltips thanks...so 2 days days Spain and one or 2 days in Madrid would be fine? We are 4 stag also suggest good place for night life And we are planning in January is that ok, so that we can beat the rush found in peak time of May to sept.
@towntraveltips2 ай бұрын
@@skymountinc Hi! Two days in Madrid and a couple more in another Spanish city sounds like a great plan (Barcelona or Seville can both be reached by high speed train in approx 3 hours). For nightlife in Madrid, head to Malasaña and Chueca for lively bars and clubs. If you’re into larger venues, Teatro Kapital is a must-visit. As always, it depends on your personal preferences. As for January, Madrid can be quite chilly, but it’s a great time to avoid the tourist crowds. For instance in Barcelona, it’s still winter, but temperatures are usually a bit warmer. In Seville you might even find an early spring instead! 🇪🇸

If I were to visit France, and wanted to buy Epoisses, would it go without saying this it is probably unpasteurized unless otherwise noted? (I would want the unpasteurized version since we can't get it here in the states).
@towntraveltips2 ай бұрын
Hi @jonathanrobertson3406! In France, it’s mandatory to indicate whether a cheese is pasteurized or unpasteurized on the label, so you will be able to find the unpasteurized version of Époisses easily. If you’re looking for the real deal, smaller producers and artisanal shops in Burgundy, where Époisses originates, are your best bet. Farmers' markets and specialty cheese shops are also likely to carry unpasteurized varieties. Thank you for watching and let us know if you have more questions! 💛
