One of the WORST COMPRESSOR in the market,our LOOM SHED have been stopped for past 25 days, we have 2 ATLAS COPCO GAVSD+ FF MODEL,one of the WORST COMPRESSOR IN THE MARKET, AIREND get failure in 16000 working hours, service TEAM is WORST,they are charging Rs.600000 six lakh for the AIREND,no STANDBY SUPPORT FROM ATLAS COPCO, so pls avoid this compressor.

You should service your compressor annually. Note, every application is different, single, double or triple shift operations can very the service of your compressor. Based on 4000 hours of operation, we would recommend the following; oil filter element every 4 months, inspect/change the air filter element every 6 months, the oil separator and oil every 12 months (based on 4000 hours of use). Don't forget, excessive oil temperature can reduce the life of the oil, it can actually cut it in 1/2.
