I can see a few comments where you’re stated you like or maybe prefer the 36 over the 41. In hindsight do you wish you got the 36? I ask as I’ve got the same size wrist with bigger forearms and often ask myself if I’d prefer the 41 over my 36 (exact same config)

For me, the real GMT is the Pepsi. That's the OG and how the design was meant to be from the beginning. It also carries a lot more legacy with it.

Whatttt 40mm is perrrrfect! the dj41 I can say does sit a little large. but 40 is my sweet spot ( IMO)

It's sad that watches that look good cost over 1k+. AMZWATCH watches are REALLY well made, and it just shows how a brand name on a watch can make its price 10x higher. I understand that if you look under a microscope, you'll find the difference, but just how many of you really inspect a watch at that level when you see someone with a watch?

@@Experienceitwithadam And by the way - I bought a Datejust 41 two tone jubilee from that AD before I requested the GMT Master but still that wasn't enough to be considered for that watch :( Glad that I found a grey market dealer I can trust. Brand new Pepsi from June 2024. Amazing.

Just noticed they gave you the wrong manual for the watch. They gave you for datejust should be GMT II .

Rolex only has this power cause buyers don’t actually realize the true value of a Rolex. The have so so movements and they use high end metals that’s it. These should be available to everyone who wants it.

@@Collieman1 Correct. As a watchmaker, I can confirm that compared to other brands (many other brands), a Rolex movement, while good (better than good), are so-so. They are good. Sure. But they are nothing to write home about. Not like a Patek or AP or VC or even Nomos and many more at all price points. Rolex is a brand that to the regular Joe, means you are rich! That's all. It's a status brand. To the small but well watch-versed few of us, Rolex is a bit... boring.

I just got an allocation for one finally after two years!! I honestly gave up trying to get it because I thought it would never happen. What a waste to sell one of these rare watches to you if you are not actually left- handed! AD’s should be restricted from selling the Lefty Sprite to any customer who is not a lefty!!! You right hand guys have zillion watch models you can buy - but there is only one left handed Rolex…

The watches are more shiny in the boutique due to the lights. For some reason the elevator in my building has the same lights. When I look at my Aqua Terra inside there I feel like I'm teleported where I got it 🙂
