Good to look at but not to own, the cost of keeping clean and other maintanance makes it a liability. It would rather have a 4 bedroomed house with average sized rooms and a big lawn outside. However, if I can afford domestic workers I would go for it.

Omg!! This house is perfect. 20 ppl could easily live in this home especially 6 ppl in that basement bunk room. Banish all the kids to that room for sleepovers. Only thing I wish is that it had an elevator other than that, perfect.

Nice house. Does it have a gym and movie theater? Also, where are the front property gates or fencing along the driveway? Even with the long driveway, the house still looks too exposed. People can easily just be nosy and walk right onto the property from the other house right next door.

I watched this home video, and the property was beautifully engaging. It can accommodate so many people! It would be perfect for a multigenerational home, but finding a single-family client with such a large family may take time. Nevertheless, this property is tastefully done!

Hi Miss Janice. Happy Monday to you. Eight bedrooms, seven point three baths, and a saltwater pool? Wow. Right off the back the flow of both the formal dining room, door, and that office space are inviting yet sets the toen of how spacious this house is. That was not the owner's suite on the main? No ma'am. I don't believe you (I'm kidding btw) That kitchen is the room of dreams. The bedrooms give everyone space to create the space of their dreams and have room to breathe, move around in, which is an added bonus.Finally, a finished basement....although that six bed bunk room had me asking questions.

Love, love this house! There’s nothing that I don’t like about it. Love the bedrooms upstairs. Love the master bedroom. Love the location of the garages close to the kitchen and the mudroom. That is a major thing with me. The basement is gorgeous. I’m in love with that home theater! I can’t swim a lick but I would definitely be in that pool sliding down that slide. Both outdoor spaces are wonderful. When can I move in? 😆😆😆😆 Thank you for the tour. This house hit it out of the ballpark!
