Just about the entire piece is copied note by note from this video here by Rachi kzbin.info/www/bejne/b3KWcoGDYp2Jfsk. Even the special inspirations from Alkan Liszt and Chopin are included which leaves few reasons to doubt. If you're gonna use someone else's work it would be the very least you can do to give them credit.

Fake playing again , please see his right hand and you will notice that his hand are not big enough to play this chord while the melody didn’t affect. ( at the beginning.)

@@Aoi_Ajisai I think it's sped up judging by the hand movement. I agree that it looks unnatural. The whole playing sounds insane technically but musically it feels a little unnatural too. Maybe I'm wrong though
