The shading at the middle-top of the leaf looks pinched. This happens when you have poles on curvatures and/or tris or ngons. Adding some support geometry will help. Choosing a shiny matcap helps reveal pinching

The spheres at the end of the tentacles don't look so good. I recommend having the sphere a proper sphere (Cubesphere, not UV sphere), and merging the tentacle to it
