Hi there, when did you make this video? Sadly now that cycling along the prom in Playa Honda has been banned the whole 25km prom cannot be cycled. Not only that but there is nowhere to come off the prom at the sign on the Arrecife side due to the San Bartolome boundary so it doesn't make sense.

Your return from Arrecife is not clear. The sign where you came off says 'pedestrian priority', not cyclists banned. There is nowhere to come off where the banned sign is. No wonder people continue on the promenade.

Hi, I have mis interpreted the sign, but my return route is very clear, as you see me turn right at the sign. The fact there's "nowhere to come off where the banned sign is", makes my route the quickest and safest route through Playa Honda, in my view, hence my video. Thanks for watching.

Hi, @@lanzaroterider365 Thanks for your reply and I agree that your video is clear. The point I was trying to make was that anyone cycling along the prom would not know to turn right there but would continue on the prom and then what do they do? It is a criticism of the council, not you.

I rode up Cardiac Hill as far as you walked it (ok yes wrong way one way) and it was far more than 8%.....admittedly yes I was on an ebike

Hi .I was in PDC in August .I rode up the street parallel to the first climb you done .(C Roque Nublo ) think that's its name .According to my Garmin, it has a 17% section. Also, I used your video to get thru Playa Honda..cheers 👍Hopefully heading back out in February. 🫰

My standard ride from PDC is a 60k loop, climbing 600 mtrs if that’s of interest. You can see the route on Strava, or one of my vids mate 👍

Nice video. Thank you for helping me and my Wife with her wheelchair the other day. I hired a 2x12 speed bike for a day last Friday and rode to aarrecife and back twice along the coastal path. Not got the confidence yet to venture out into the country. We are here until the 20th and was just wondering if you wouldn’t mind me joining you if you have time for a ride to la geria and the national park. It would give me the experience and confidence I need to venture further. I can pay you for the tour too. Thank you much appreciated.
