Thank you! I’m not sure of the breed, sorry. They were found under a car and we took them in so we don’t know their history or anything.

This was so helpful, hearing why things did or didn't work in your craft room. I think these are things we all need to think about regular. Sometimes, it takes a few tries to get it right!

Thank you just found your channel and love the organisation of your space. The adhesive under desk drawers are genius! I just redid my craft room space and I’m missing desk drawers now, so that’s great to have these! I’m going to try and source some in the UK

The shower curtain is lovely, and I love the under sink container units. But…I can tell right now, those stackable drawers in the deep drawer won’t work….what a pita to have to take all that out, and then find a makeup brush, and have to dig through them all laying down like that? No way in hell ….they are better put in a cute brush holder on the counter. I wear make up like once a twice a week, and even then that system would be way too annoying to dog into to access the makeup
@facemadelife6 ай бұрын
Hi there! Thank you so much for commenting! This system has been in place for months now and it’s actually working well for me. I wear makeup very rarely so I don’t need to get to that stuff often. It’s doesn’t bother me too much to lift the top bins to get to the bottom ones when I do want to wear makeup. I can see how if you wear makeup more frequently it might get tedious to deal with.

One box at a time, a day, a week. Just start. Then all of a sudden you will suddenly notice something. --- You will not be so overwhelmed. And it starts to look better then it looks good. Just start - one box at a time.
@facemadelife7 ай бұрын
Thanks for this! I know it wont be too bad once I start, I just need to start :)
@bonneeley56707 ай бұрын
That is why, just start today, tomorrow won't be that bad. Have some see threw plastic bags to separate the items in. Do not micro manage now, just separate. Then if you have to put them back into the box. Then when the next box gets done. You will have room to combine the two boxes. After sorting , and all the bags are the same type of items that you would sort, Then you can start to put where you want them. You will also have a better idea of what size and container you need. I am in the process on doing this now. And over the years, I have found that this work best for me. But all I know, you just start today, and don't think about it. Or you just get weighted down with the thought of starting.

I knew exactly what that woven tray was because I was just wondering the other day what happened to mine. Seriously, I think I got that Pyrex dish that comes with the tray for my wedding 43 years ago so it may be hard for people to find. Maybe they’ll find it at a thrift shop. I love those type of finds in other areas of my house. It’s like shopping in my own home. Thanks for the video.

Great video, great inspiration, even for those of us here in Europe who have to make do without Target, Container Store etc. At least we have Amazon and Ikea 😂. Speaking of which: my absolute BEST craft room organisation tip (though an investment) is Ikea‘s PAX wardrobe. Youcan completely configure the whole thing: bib shelves, lots of drawers and here the inserts dividing the flat drawers into about 5‘‘x5‘‘ squares are AMAZING. Pulling out my drawer of rainbow order ribbons or washi tapes or mini stamp pads… is pure joy. Another marvel, much less pricey, are old MC racks (think garage sales, Ebay, flea markets): they fit many ink pads (Distress and Catherine Pooler among them), you can easily (spray) paint them, too. Kind regards from Germany, Nicola
