They did give it an attempt, and West Germany did not forget. It's like Gil-galad fighting Morgoth, to bring hope. Of course, this is fan made video. Read the description. The song is the prologue of Forever Young album and has no official video. Indeed, in the 80s not every song had official video at all. So that is why a fan made this video in the early 2Ks. The audio is Alphaville's, the video is fan made.
