When it comes to the frame, which would you recommend overall? One with the nails or plastic knobs, and do you recommend an aluminum frame or one of wood? I want to try tufting, but i want to be sure i make the best informed chose.thank you

This is a great tutorial! Regarding the loops on burlap…. Do you think it would help avoid the double dip into one space to slow down? I just got my tufting gun & don’t know if it has variable speeds.
